Avoriaz Skiing
The resort town is located 600m above Morzine perched on the magnificent Ardoisieres cliffs. With it's high altitude and north facing slopes, Avoriaz is known for it's snow sure winters. Add a modern lift system and easy access to the Portes du Soleil and you have a perfect ski holiday destination!
The resort of Avoriaz itself is composed of four ski areas and 46 pistes spreading over 140km. Being part of the Portes du Soleil, Avoriaz skiers have access to over 650km of pistes in two countries! Check out the Avoriaz Portes du Soleil Piste Map for more info.
There are three Snowcross areas for those wanting to head off-piste in safety. Avoriaz is also well known for its Snowboarder friendliness as well as its fun and challenging Parks and Pipes.
